📌 Synopsis:

Forty-two light-years from Earth, a frozen planet patiently awaits the day it can become a new home for humanity.

For seven hundred years, Terraforming Station 117-G has worked beneath the ice of HD 40307g . There, surrounded by machines, androids, and artificial intelligence, only two human beings keep the mission alive.

Adrian Vassiliev has just turned twenty. He was born and raised on the station and has never known Earth. His only human companion is Elena Bright , a fifty-year-old commander who has been his mentor, his superior, and practically his entire social universe.

But a geological anomaly leads Adrian to files he should never have found.

He then discovers that the station holds secrets far deeper than an impossible ocean beneath kilometers of ice.

Its very existence is part of a protocol designed centuries ago to solve the most unpredictable problem of all: human loneliness.

Because technology can control an atmosphere, build a colony, and keep a station running for centuries.

What it hasn't yet managed to control is what happens when two human beings are left alone.

Not even artificial intelligence can write a manual for that.
